  • How do I make a locker booking/operate the lockers?
    It's very simple! Simply place your laundry in the lockers, lock the door with any 4 digit PIN and send us an SMS with your Name, Email & Locker Number(s) and we will take care of the rest. For more information, head to our Laundry Services page
  • How many lockers do you have available?
    We have 15 lockers
  • What items do you wash, dry & fold?
    We will wash, dry & fold garments/items that are able to be machine washed & tumble dried. Items such as: Clothing Bedding: sheets, doonas, pillow cases, comforters, mattress protectors (fabric only!) Blankets
  • When can I drop off my laundry to the lockers?
    You can drop off laundry to the lockers at any time that the laundromat is open, between 6am - 11pm, 7 Days a Week, 365 Days a year. However, keep in mind that our Laundry Services hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 3.30pm. Also, please note that our Laundry Services close during Public Holidays & Holiday Periods. But don't worry, it will be clearly signed on our Drop & Go Lockers and on our website if our Laundry Services are closed.
  • What if I drop off on a weekend? Will I get my order back on the weekend?
    Unfortunately not. Our Laundry Services operate Mon-Fri 9am-3.30pm, therefore any orders received on the weekend are available for collection on Monday afternoon.
  • Are your Laundry Services closed for Public Holidays?
    Yes, our Laundry Services are closed during the Christmas & Easter periods, Public Holidays and some days within a long weekend. The lockers and our website will clearly show any holiday closure periods for our Wash, Dry & Fold Service when we are not processing locker orders. If you do deposit into the lockers during a holiday period, your order will be processed on the first business working day back.
  • how do I prepare my laundry for depositing into the Drop & Go Lockers?
    Pre-treat any stains you know will be unable or difficult to be removed in a machine wash. Check all washing instructions to make sure all items you include can be machine washed and tumble dried. Check and empty all pockets Do NOT include any DELICATES or HAND WASH ONLY items Loosely load your laundry or bag them and place them into our lockers
  • How much does your Drop & Go Locker Service cost?
    We have two laundry service options with our Drop & Go Lockers - Wash, Dry & Fold $50 flat rate OR Wash, Dry & Iron $120 flat rate. This price is inclusive of GST. Check out our Pricing page for a full price list.
  • How do I pay for my Drop & Go Locker service?
    When you make an online account with our SoapQueens App or our CleanCloud Booking System, your payment details are stored securely with CleanCloud Pay. Once your laundry order has been completed only then will we charge your stored card. We do not accept cash payments. You will receive a receipt via email once your payment has been processed. If you need a paper version, please let us know and we will include a hard copy with your clean laundry for you.
  • What if all my washing doesn't fit in 1 locker?
    No problem. You can use multiple lockers. Your entire order will be processed together and ready for collection at the same time.
  • Do you check and sort my laundry?
    We will pre-sort your laundry into lights/whites/colours/blacks etc. However, we do ask that you check garment labels to ensure that they are safe to be machine washed and tumble dried. No delicate items should be placed in your laundry bags as we do not hand-wash garments. And please remember to check all pockets
  • Who's responsibility is it to check washing instructions on items?
    It is totally the responsibility of the customer to make sure the items they are including for our Laundry Services are able to be machine washed, and tumble dried. Please do not send any delicate or hand-wash only items as we do not offer cleaning of these items and accept no responsibility if you include these in your laundry for our Laundry Service.
  • What is the turnaround time after we deposit our laundry into your lockers?
    We endeavour to return your items same-day excluding Weekends and Public Holidays/Public Holiday Weekends. If you have an exceptionally large order, we may need extra time but we will always let you know if this is the case. Please see our Out of Our Control T&C's here.
  • How will I know when my laundry is ready for collection?
    You will receive an SMS advising that your laundry is ready for collection, along with your locker number(s) & code.
  • How long do I have to collect my laundry from the lockers?
    Please collect your laundry from our lockers within 24 hours. After this time your laundry will be removed and set aside in our secure service office and you will need to come and collect it when an attendant is on duty.
  • Do I need to label my laundry bags?
    No, that is not necessary. When you place your Locker order, you will send an SMS with your Name, Email & Locker Number(s) so that we know what locker(s) your orders are in.
  • Do you provide a guarantee?
    Yes. As we are folding each item of clothing, we inspect each item to make sure the item has been washed and dried to our standard. See our Terms & Conditions where we state that we do not guarantee all hard shifting stains will be removed. However, we do guarantee that your clothes will be returned properly washed, dried & folded/ironed. Hard shifting stains may not always be removed in a normal wash and may need specialty treatment. We will always listen to our customers and are here for you, so if you are ever not happy with the service we have provided please reach out so we can find a solution beneficial to both parties.
  • What laundry liquids/detergents do you use?
    As standard, we use Rager Laundry Powder which is manufactured right here in Australia. Alternatively, if you have sensitive skin we have a hypo-allergenic option for you (Tru-Earth Hypoallergenic/Unscented) so please let our staff know.
  • Do you do dry-cleaning or other specialist services?
    No sorry, we do not currently provide this service at this time.
  • Do you offer an ironing service?
    No, we do not offer an ironing service. We offer a Wash, Dry & Fold service only.
  • How will my laundry be returned?
    Your laundry will be washed, dried & folded or ironed and be presented in our biodegradable plastic bags folded.
  • Do you reward loyal customers for regular use of your business and services?
    Yes we certainly do! Our customers are important to us because let's face it, without our customers, we wouldn't be here! Customers can earn rewards across all aspects of our business, whether it be in-store or our Wash, Dry & Fold Service. That means that no matter how you are using Soap Queens, you are rewarded as a thank you from us! For every $100 spent, you'll earn $10 back to use on future services with us! (both in-store on our machines, and on our Wash, Dry & Fold Services).
  • What other services do you offer?

  • Are your staff Police Checked?
    Yes our staff are all Police Checked and we are fully insured for your peace of mind.
  • What if I'm not happy with the service I got?
    We hope that doesn't happen but if it does, we want to know about it! Email us at admin@soapqueens.com.au and this will be sent to our director. We will always try and sort it out for you. It helps if you can send us photos of any problems within 48 hours so we can resolve it for you.

  • Why do you call yourself a Laundry Lounge and not a Laundromat? What is the difference?
    We have everything that a standard laundromat has and more. Laundry shouldn't be a chore, and therefore we have added some extra comforts including a lounge with a massage chair and TV and a work-station.   • Do you have parking onsite?
    Yes, there is a carpark at the rear with ample parking and also surrounding street parking at the front and side.
  • Do you have rear entry direct from the carpark?
    Absolutely yes. For your convenience we have front and rear access into our laundromat with smart automatic opening/closing doors fitted.
  • What payment options are available in-store?
    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Tap & Go on our easy-to-use payment kiosk and also QR Code/Scan Chip for Smartphones on each machine.
  • Do you have staff in-store?
    Yes, you will notice our friendly and helpful staff in-store during the week on and off at different times. Our staff are here to help with any questions you may have and also to assist in making sure you get all the savings and rewards we have to offer!
  • Do you have security fitted for the safety of customers?
    Yes. This is so important to us and therefore our store is fitted both inside and outside with high-tech CCTV Cameras and also security & surveillance.
  • Do you have large machines for washing and drying large bulky items?
    Yes we do indeed and all of our machines are 2023 model state-of-the-art Heubsch machines which are remotely accessible should you need any assistance when an attendant is not on site.
  • What size machines do you have?
    Our laundromat is equipped with 9 Washers and 14 Dryers in total (including 1 x pet only washer and 1 x pet only dryer) 2 x 9kg washers 3 x 14kg washers 3 x 18kg washers 1 x 27kg jumbo washer 10 x 14kg dryers 4 x 20kg jumbo dryers For information on our pricing for our machines, please see our Pricing Page.
  • How much fits into your smallest washing machine?
    You can fit approximately 2 flat standard washing baskets in our 9kg washers. For more information on what fits in our different size machines, head to our Pricing Page and click on Self-Serve Washers & Dryers.
  • Can I wash my doona/duvet in your machines?
    Yes. You can choose the machine you want to use based on the size of your doona/duvet. Be sure to check the washing instructions on the label first!
  • Can I wash/dry my pet beds and blankets in your machines?
    Yes, we have a dedicated pet only washer (14kg) and pet only dryer (14kg) in-store for your pet beds & blankets which are clearly marked PET ITEMS ONLY. Please do not use our other machines for such items.
  • Can I purchase laundry powder in-store?
    Yes. We have a detergent vending machine with quality Rager Laundry Powder & Softener for you to purchase or alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own.

    Yes, you heard that right, we certainly do! We want our customers to find doing the laundry a relaxing experience and this is why we have spared no expense when it comes to the comfort of our Laundry Lounge. The massage chair accepts card payment/mobile tap only.
  • Can I bring my laptop and work whilst I wait?
    Yes, we cater for today's busy working customers. You will find our workstation in-store equipped with power outlets and USB's for charging your devices. And free complimentary WiFi is available for your convenience.
  • I hear you have a Dog Wash, where is it located?
    Yes, you heard that right. We have a K9000 DIY Dog Wash located at the rear of our laundromat, adjacent to the carpark for easy access. For as little as $10, bring your favourite furry family member and give them a well-deserved wash, flea-rinse and blow-dry! Click here for more information.
  • What if I am too busy to wait for my laundry?
    Too busy? No worries! We have two convenient Laundry Service options. See our Laundry Services page for more info
  • Where will I find your Dog Wash?
    You will find our Dog Wash at the rear of our Laundry Lounge which is located at 140 Wheelers Park Drive, Cranbourne North 3977. Please enter via the rear gate from the rear carpark. Please do not bring your dog through the laundromat.

  • What payment options are available for the Dog Wash?
    The Dog Wash accepts credit/debit card and tap & go for smartphones/smart watches. No cash accepted.

    Our Dog Wash is a brand-new current TRU-BLU K9000 V2.0 model.
  • How much can I expect to pay to wash my dog?
    As little as $10! Bring your furry family member and give them a well deserved wash, condition, flea and tick rinse and blow-dry! $10 buys you 10 minutes. You can top-up extra time for an additional $5 for 5 minutes if you need it. Click here for more information on our Dog Wash.
  • Is your Dog Wash under cover?
    Yes our Dog Wash has it's own roof area attached.
  • Will my dogs be close to other dogs during their wash?
    No. We have 1 Dog Wash which is securely fenced for your dog/dogs to roam. We asked that if the dog wash is currently in use, that you wait outside the secured area as only one customer/family is permitted to enter this area at a time. Waiting customers need to wait outside of this area until you remove your dog from the wash and secured area.
  • What size dog can be washed in the Dog Wash?
    Any small to larger size dog can be washed in the K9000 V2.0
  • What products does your Dog Wash use?
    Our Dog Wash uses the K9000 Range of quality dog Shampoo, Conditioner & Flee and Tick rinse. These products have been refined since 2005 and are the best on the market, manufactured here in Australia, and are backed by veterinarians. These products will leave your favourite K9 smelling fresh and clean!
  • Do you have a dedicated Pet Washing Machine & Dryer inside your laundromat?
    Yes, we do! For your convenience we have 1 x Pet Only Washer and 1 x Pet Only Dryer for washing/drying pet beds and blankets. These are one of our 14kg size machines and are clearly labelled.
  • Do you have staff onsite?
    Yes, you will notice our friendly and helpful staff in-store during the week on and off at different times. Our staff are here to help with any questions you may have.
